By accessing or using CVDN Rental (cvdnrental.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

CVDN Rental is 100% free. We do not charge any registration fees, listing fees, or brokerage from tenants or property owners. Our platform is completely free to use.

Who Can Use CVDN Rental

You may use CVDN Rental if you are:

At least 18 years of age
A genuine tenant looking for rental properties
A property owner looking to list your property for rent
Using the platform for lawful purposes only

Free Platform — No Fees

CVDN Rental charges zero fees from tenants and property owners. Registration, login, property listing, and inquiry — everything is completely free.

We do not charge:

Registration or account creation fees
Property listing fees for owners
Brokerage or commission from tenants
Fees for contacting or inquiring about a property

If anyone claims to be from CVDN Rental and asks you for money, please report it immediately to support@cvdntechnology.com.

User Responsibilities

As a user of CVDN Rental, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information when registering
Not create fake or duplicate accounts
Not post false, misleading, or fraudulent property listings
Not contact other users for purposes unrelated to property rental
Not use the platform for spam, harassment, or illegal activities
Keep your login credentials confidential and secure

Property Listings

Property owners who list on CVDN Rental agree that:

The listed property is real and available for rent
All information (rent, location, photos) is accurate and up to date
They own or are authorized to list the property
They will respond to genuine tenant inquiries in a timely manner

CVDN Rental manually verifies listings for authenticity but is not responsible for any false information provided by owners. Always visit the property in person before making any payment.

Tenant Safety

Never pay any advance or deposit without visiting the property in person and verifying the owner's identity. CVDN Rental is not responsible for any financial transactions made between tenants and owners.

Always meet the owner in person at the property
Do not transfer money before signing a rental agreement
Report suspicious listings to us immediately

Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on CVDN Rental:

Posting fake or duplicate property listings
Impersonating another user or property owner
Scraping or copying platform data without permission
Using the platform to conduct fraud or illegal activity
Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform
Posting offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these terms without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

CVDN Rental is a platform that connects tenants and property owners. We are not a real estate agent or broker. We are not a party to any rental agreement between tenants and owners.

CVDN Rental is not liable for:

Any disputes between tenants and property owners
Financial losses resulting from transactions between users
Accuracy of information provided by property owners
Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of CVDN Rental after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
